JEDDAH. Over 20 private Indian universities and institutions will participate in the Indian Higher Education & Career Fair 2025, traveling to three Saudi cities to meet prospective students from the Kingdom’s Indian diaspora.
Edunial Infotech Group and ECGS Education will host the events in Jeddah (November 13), Dammam (November 14-15), and Riyadh (November 17). University representatives will conduct on-site admissions counseling and scholarship assessments.
The fair targets Saudi-based Indian students seeking alternatives to local higher education, positioning Indian institutions as cost-effective options with globally recognized programs in engineering, medicine, management, and emerging technologies.
Direct Access Without Intermediaries
“We aim to give students direct access to university representatives without middlemen and transparent admission processes,” said Tribhuwan Pratap Singh, Director of Edunial Group, which has organized similar events across the Gulf region since 2013.
Participating universities will offer guidance on merit-based scholarships, visa documentation, and career pathway planning. School principals and education counselors from across Saudi Arabia are invited to attend networking sessions.
Tapping the Expatriate Market
India hosts over 1,100 universities and 42,000 colleges. Aligned with India’s National Education Policy 2020 and the Study in India initiative, recruitment efforts have increasingly targeted Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and expatriate families in the Middle East.
The Kingdom is home to approximately 2.5 million Indian nationals, creating sustained demand for affordable higher education aligned with international standards. Previous editions of the fair have facilitated thousands of admissions into Indian institutions.
Mr. Riaz Mulla, General Manager of ECGS Education in Saudi Arabia, said the fair brings together universities offering diverse programs spanning medical, management, technology, media, and artificial intelligence disciplines.
The fair will be hosted in three major Saudi cities:
- Jeddah: November 13 at International Indian School, Jeddah
- Dammam: November 14 at Dunes International School, Al Khobar
- Riyadh: November 17 at International Indian School, Riyadh
