JEDDAH. Lulu Retail has further strengthened its footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the opening of its 72nd store at Al Faisaliyyah, Jeddah. The new outlet, located at Cenomi Aziz Mall, marks Lulu’s first store at the mall and forms part of the company’s ongoing expansion strategy across the Kingdom. With this launch, Lulu’s total store network across the GCC has grown to 267.
The newly opened Lulu Hypermarket at Cenomi Aziz Mall offers customers a modern, convenient, and value-driven shopping experience, featuring a carefully curated range of high-quality products while reinforcing the brand’s long-standing commitment to affordability and excellence.
The hypermarket was officially inaugurated by Mohammed Yousuf Naghi, President and Chairman of the Board of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (JCCI), in the presence of Nasser Huwaiden Thaiban Ali Alketbi, Consul General of the UAE in Jeddah; Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri, Consul General of India in Jeddah; Rommel A. Romato, Consul General of the Philippines in Jeddah; Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group; Khalid AlJanahi, Chief Commercial Officer at Cenomi Centers, along with other distinguished guests.
Spanning over 10,157 square feet, the new Lulu Hypermarket offers a comprehensive range of products, including groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery items, meat and seafood, health and beauty products, mobile phones and accessories, and home furnishings. The store is designed to provide a seamless shopping experience, supported by self-checkout counters and ample parking facilities with capacity for up to 3,000 vehicles.
Commenting on the opening, Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group, said that the new hypermarket enhances customer convenience while contributing to local economic growth and employment generation. He added that the opening of Lulu’s 72nd store in the Kingdom reflects the group’s commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 and its plans to expand further across key locations in Saudi Arabia, with a target of opening 100 stores to serve its growing customer base.
Also present at the inauguration were Ashraf Ali M.A., Executive Director of Lulu Group; Mohamed Haris, Director of Lulu KSA; and other senior officials.
