Apple Online Store Officially Launched in Saudi Arabia with its Arabic-language support for Saudi customers, a major milestone in its Middle East expansion. This launch sets the stage for a physical retail store opening in the Kingdom, doubling down on Apple’s commitment to the region. Apple’s first Saudi retail store is slated to open in Diriyah by 2026. Previously, buyers in the region had to rely on authorised resellers for Apple products.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, shared her excitement. “Saudi Arabia’s passion for Apple products is undeniable,” she said. “This is about building stronger, direct connections with our customers here.” The Arabic store is live on Apple’s website and the Apple Store app, offering a seamless shopping experience.

Tailored for Saudi Shoppers

The new online store is designed with Saudi customers in mind. Highlights include:

  • Live Arabic support: Chat with Apple specialists in real-time.
  • Customizable products: Personalize Macs, Apple Watches, AirPods, and more with Arabic engravings or emojis.
  • Trade-in options: Upgrade devices affordably through Apple’s trade-in program.

O’Brien emphasized that Apple’s goal is to blend online and in-store experiences. “Whether you start shopping online or walk into a store, we want it to feel effortless and consistent,” she said. With e-commerce booming in Saudi Arabia, Apple’s approach caters to modern shoppers who flow between digital and physical spaces.

A Landmark Store in Diriyah

Apple’s first Saudi retail store is slated to open in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and cultural gem in Riyadh. O’Brien called the location “truly special,” promising a store that reflects Saudi Arabia’s rich identity. Set to open by 2026, it will kick off Apple’s broader retail rollout in the Kingdom. “We can’t wait for customers to experience it,” she added.

Investing in Saudi Talent

Beyond retail, Apple is investing in the local economy through initiatives like the Apple Developer Academy. “We’re here to inspire creativity and empower talent,” O’Brien said. By combining Apple’s tech with Saudi Arabia’s vibrant communities, the company aims to spark innovation.

A Personalized Retail Experience

The Arabic online store offers Apple’s full product lineup, complete with tailored recommendations based on users’ existing devices. Shoppers can compare models, save items, and track orders via the app. For the first time, Apple is offering free consultations in Arabic and English, letting customers personalize AirPods, Apple Pencils, or AirTags with text or numbers.

Apple’s support doesn’t stop at purchase. Pre- and post-sale services include:

  • Pre-purchase guidance: Chat or call to find the perfect device.
  • Post-purchase support: Personalized setup, secure data transfers, and eSIM activation.

With the Arabic online store live and a flagship store on the horizon, Apple is deepening its roots in Saudi Arabia. The company’s focus on innovation, local engagement, and seamless retail is set to redefine the tech experience for Saudi customers.
